| Home security and personal identity are concerns each and every day. House Nanny understands this concern and has built in the following processes to help safeguard your home and personal identity |
Personal information - we kept our client infomration in our database with restricted access. We don't keep client lists in books or cards that can be lost or stolen.
Password, gate codes, access codes are kept in the database as well with restricted access. |
Keys
We don't label keys with clients name. Each key is color coded and indexed by a serial number.
These keys are kept in a fire resistant safe. |

Background Check - House Nanny performs a background check on each Home Inspector.
We check and reject anyone with a criminal history.

Bonding and Insurance - House Nanny has a $1,000 bond that covers all employees. This provides protection to the Florida property owner in the case of convicted theft.
Insurance protects the home owner against damages. |
