House Check Tool

Each House Nanny client has a custom home watch check list.

This list is maintained in our database to enable clients to make changes.

The House Nanny Home Inspector uses a wireless personal digital assistant (PDA) to access the clients check list.

The House Nanny Home Inspector checks off each items as they are checked on the PDA. They can take pictures as well.

The House Check list is completed and the information is immediately available to the client through email or the web site.

Precision Instruments

House Nanny Home Inspectors use precision measuring instruments like to one pictured to the right.

This electronic meter measures temprature and humidity with a high degree of accuracy. These readings are recorded in the PDA and are part of your House Nanny Home Inspection report.

Electric and Water Tracking

A unique service we offer is water and electric usage tracking.

One of the first indications of a potential problem is an increase in consumption of electric or water. The water and power companies do not always read your meter every month but estimate.

If physically possible on your property, we will read and record in our PDA the meter reading for your electric and water.

Part of your home inspection report will be the meter reading and the average consumption per day since the last inspection.
